MAP SYSTEM (INDIA) PVT LTD. was incorporated in the year 2009 as a manufacturer of Aerospace Precision components. We are a composite team of dedicated professionals capable of handling technically complex and critical-to-manufacture components and systems.

We are presently engaged in manufacturing and exporting of CNC machined Aerospace, Avionics, Airborne and Defence components, product development and prototyping. Our esteemed clients include Bharat Electronics (BEL), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Honeywell International (USA), Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Pvt. Ltd., Dexcel Electronics Designs Pvt. Ltd. and others.

MAPS is well equipped to offer services to Aerospace, Airborne, Avionics and Defence sector in the areas of CNC machining and turning centers, computer aided metrology with portable CMM and laser scanner (FARO portable CMM). Through tremendous effort, MAPS was endorsed by AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 in October 2015 by NQA UK and August 2011 respectively.

With the support of directors, dedicated staff and supportive customers MAPS has achieved high quality standards that continue to grow year on year.

Our Location

Peenya Industrial Area — the industrial hub of Bengaluru for Engineering Industries, where major industry presence is witnessed with a large variety of facilities for sourcing all machining requirements. Our facility is at No. 5/1, 12th Main Road, 3rd Phase, opposite I.R. Polytechnic, Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru — 560 058.

Cold Plate Assemblies

Manufacturing of cold plate assemblies for thermal management in avionics and high-power electronics applications requiring precision liquid cooling channels.

Computer-Aided Metrology

3D & 2D inspection, portable metrology, CAD-to-PART analysis, jig and fixture alignment using FARO Portable CMM with laser scanner. Full dimensional reporting.

Dies, Moulds & Press Tools

CNC machined die sets, moulds and press tool components fabricated from quality material for production of critical aerospace sub-assemblies and tooling fixtures.

Prototyping & Product Development

CAD/CAM based custom solutions from concept to first article. Rapid iteration for technically complex components with documented traceability throughout the development cycle.
